You can choose to take one to one or shared sessions (for more information about content, cost and timings see below). Sessions take place in Rachel’s treatment room in Shepherd’s Bush.

One on one sessions
At the first session we take a personal history, take measurements and photographs and run through the 4 steps of the programme in detail. Ongoing telephonic and email support is included and encouraged. Some people have watched the relevant DVD and/or book by this point but it isn’t essential and some people find this session is enough to get them started on their own.
90 minutes – £150
In practice, you can choose to take additional sessions whenever you like and we can tailor make a session depending on where you have got to already but many people prefer to follow a more structured approach and commonly take 3 in total: the introductory first session; one at end of week 3 and one at end of week 6.
At the end of week 3, we take measurements and photographs, address any issues and run through the exercises adding the headlift exercise.
At the end of week 6, we take measurements and photographs and tailor make an exercise programme incorporating Tupler Technique principles.
Each additional session runs for 60 minutes – £80
Please note that the cost of the sessions do not include any of the products such as splint, book, dvds etc.
You can arrange to share a session with another person and split the cost between you. We follow the same structure at the single sessions (described above).
The first session runs for 120 minutes and costs £190 and any subsequent sessions run for 90 minutes and cost £120.
