Tummy Tribe Limited will never sell, share, or rent your individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Your information that is submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, products or services, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.
Returns, refund and cancellation policy
What is your refund and returns policy?
A refund will be given with the receipt on all unopened items (except the Diastasis Rehab Splint™ ) returned and received within 30 days of purchase. The purchase date can be found on the top of the invoice. There will be a £2.00 re-stocking fee for all returned or refused items before a refund is given. All returned items will be checked to make sure they have not been opened or used.
All items must be returned in the same condition that as they were received, in the original packaging with all tags in place. If the purchaser is making an exchange, they are responsible for all the shipping costs. For your convenience, returns & exchanges should be sent back to us in a manner in which they can be traced. No refund will be given without an enclosed receipt or on items lost in the mail without proper shipping documentation. The Diastasis Rehab Splint™ is not returnable.
Your credit card will be refunded, less the shipping cost and the re-stocking fee of £2.00. Allow 5-6 weeks for your credit card company to reflect your credit.
What is your cancellation policy in relation to Workshops?
Refunds will only be given on cancellations up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the first Workshop.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the first Workshop will not be refunded.
If you need to reschedule a one on one session or seminar we request that you provide at least 24 hours notice otherwise your session payment may be forfeited.
Although your order will usually be sent out much sooner, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch of your order in the UK. Items will be sent by Royal Mail first class signed for delivery. You will receive an email with details of your tracking number when the item is dispatched.
If you need your order urgently for some reason, please email us first to check whether we are able to supply the products within your timeframe. We will try our best to accommodate you but this will not always be possible.
