Rachel is a qualified personal trainer (level3/REP registered) with a special interest in post-natal rehabilitation.
After her second pregnancy, Rachel was unable to get rid of her “mummy tummy” even after her baby weight had disappeared. She was doing regular exercise including crunches and cross over oblique exercises and her tummy was getting bigger. She was given conflicting and confusing advice and could not find an exercise programme specifically designed to help until she was introduced to the Tupler Technique® by an American friend. She was delighted by the results, losing 3 inches around her waist and achieving a 50% reduction in her diastasis in just 3 weeks. She found that the Tupler Technique® programme had not only healed her diastasis, but strengthened her pelvic floor, reduced her waist size and toned and flattened her stomach.
Rachel determined to help men and women like her feel strong and body confident again with a programme they could use for life. She trained with Julie Tupler in New York in August 2011.
