I feel so lucky to have come across Tummy Tribe. The results have been incredible. After 3 children, my neck and shoulders were in increasing pain, making me very grumpy. I had taken for granted that I would probably always have a belly after 3 children, so the aesthetics were less important than the aches and pains. These very simple exercises have worked miracles, and closed a gap of 10 fingers. No more neck aches, and I feel so strong again, and the bonus is a flatter stomach which I never really bargained for. The first few weeks of wearing the splint were the hardest as my body adjusted, and I experienced a few aches in my lower back and hips as they realigned, but after that it was simply a case of following the exercises daily. Nine months after giving birth I’d managed to lose all the excess weight through alot of hard work at the gym and cutting out junk food, but I still had a belly that poked out and made me look 3 months pregnant. I now realise that I made my diastasis recti worse by doing crunches and planks at the gym. Finding the Tupler Technique and Tummy Tribe online was a big answer to my prayers.
